These terms apply to himalayan-chew.co.uk. Himalayan Chew is the trading name of Floppy Ear Ltd (“Himalayan Chew”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The website is hosted by Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use this site and place an order.
You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to upload viruses or other harmful code.
2. Our products
We sell natural dog chews and treats. Product photos and descriptions are for guidance. Colour, size and appearance can vary, especially with natural products.
Sizes are based on weight or our stated size guide, not a guarantee of exact length or shape.
Our products are complementary treats and chews, not a complete diet and not a veterinary medicine. Supervise your dog while chewing. Remove the item if it becomes a choking risk or is small enough to swallow whole. If your dog has a health condition, check with a vet before use.
Stock is limited. We may withdraw a product at any time.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or description error, the product is out of stock, we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or the order appears to be for resale.
If we cancel an order we have accepted, we will refund any amount already paid for that order.
You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
6. Returns and cancellations
Your cancel and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
7. Subscriptions and repeat deliveries
If you take a subscription or repeat-delivery order, it will continue until you cancel it.
You can cancel future deliveries at any time before the next dispatch by emailing info@himalayan-chew.co.uk, or through your account if that option is available.
Cancelling a subscription does not refund boxes already dispatched, except as set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Use of the website
We may update, suspend or withdraw the website or any part of it.
You must not copy, scrape, resell or misuse the site, our content, or our trademarks without our written permission.
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content in connection with our business. You must not send anything that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
9. Third-party tools and links
The site may include third-party tools, payment services, or links to other websites. Those services are provided by the third party and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for:
- loss that was not foreseeable
- loss of profit, business or business opportunity
- issues caused by your device, internet connection, or a third-party service
- misuse of a product, including leaving a dog unsupervised with a chew
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, illness, system outages, or supply issues. We will contact you if this affects your order.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The updated terms apply from the date they are posted. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
