Your right to cancel
You can cancel a website order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at info@himalayan-chew.co.uk with your order number and name. You can also call 01733 304802.

How to return an item
After you tell us you want to cancel, please return the item to:

Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in the post if there is no tracking.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order.

We may deduct an amount if the item has been used beyond what is needed to check it, or if it is not in a resaleable condition.

Opened treats and chews
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of dog treats or chews that have been opened or unsealed after delivery, unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Unused items still in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@himalayan-chew.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and you will not pay return postage.

Subscriptions and repeat deliveries
You can cancel future Subscribe & Save / repeat-delivery orders at any time before the next dispatch.

Email info@himalayan-chew.co.uk with your name and order details, or manage the subscription in your account if that option is available.

The 14-day cancel right still applies to a box you have already received, subject to the opened-treats rule above.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund boxes already dispatched.

Sale items
Sale or discounted items can still be returned under the 14-day cancel right, as long as they meet the conditions above.

Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift and sent straight to the recipient, we will issue store credit once the return is received. If the buyer had it sent to themselves, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
